Following up my previous review of purchasing an ir bar heater, it arrived after just one day and my husband installed it the following weekend. Absolutely fantastic, it warms up extremely well and more importantly it does so cheaply. You can set weekly timers when you want the heater to switch on and off, and even at the temperature you want. The only minus point for us is the length of the cable to plug it in so we couldn’t fit it exactly where we wanted as the cable is a little short but that said it does heat the hallway if we leave the door open so that’s ok still. These bar heaters are really good and do a brilliant job very economically 5 stars Thank you Surya

Great heaters for older buildings and rooms with flat roofs. Informative sales rep. Helpful but not pushy. . I purchased the round IR mirror with WiFi for my bathroom that has a cold flat roof. The WiFi was a bit tricky to get going like most smart products. Remote is great as it can be placed in another cooler room if the first area heats up too fast and powers the heater off. The mirror warms up quickly and once the space is warm the heat stays for qiuite a while after the mirror switches off. The edges of the heater look convex which I assume helps with heat spread. Its not a negative. I love this product and would really recommend it. I hope it lasts a long time as it is pricey to buy but it is cheap to run. The wattage is definitely lower compared to other electric heaters.

Very fast delivery. Still need to open box so can't comment yet on quality of heater! Have now got them fitted and on. Can say they are brilliant. Warm up quickly. Just waiting for a refund on suspension kit which we didn't end up needing as we used battens instead.

My questions was answered promptly and my order was completed over the phone. I had a question about the gap between the mirror heater and the wall in our small bathroom. Simon advised me that due to it low power 100-150 mm would be adequate for our space and completed my order for me over the phone. I was very happy with the advice given and how simple his advice was and also how polite he was too.

Great advice and fantastic service from the agent, very fast dispatch and, when the courier couldn't find our flat, Surya sorted next day delivery. Heater looks smarter than I thought it would and heat is excellent so we're very happy and have now purchased more units. Salesman remembered us from the last order - on the whole, great experience all round. Small point but we do think the heaters should be able to connect to 5GHz WiFi.
