Nexus panels are our exclusive range of Wi-Fi enabled infrared panels that enables more convenient heating than ever before. You can control your heating through the Smart Life app on your phone, and even pair it with Amazon Alexa or Google Home for easy voice control.

This app lets you set timers for every single day of the week, just like setting alarms on your phone. This is perfect for making sure you have a toasty warm room exactly when you need it, like when you wake up in the morning or come home from work.

You can also control your heater in a more traditional way through your phone, turning it on and off and adjusting your goal temperature to your liking from anywhere in the world. You’ll never worry that you’ve left the heating on again, you can check instantly.

Remote Control At Your Fingertips

With some smart heaters, if your Wi-Fi signal suddenly drops out they basically turn into fancy bricks, with no way to function. This is not the case with Nexus! Each panel comes with a remote control (which can be paired with multiple heaters). This will function even if the Wi-Fi is down, and will ensure you can always turn your heating on or off and adjust your goal temperature

While you won’t have access to the full range of features (like setting your start times) you’ll still be able to use your heater with far more control than a traditional space heater.

Easy To Install

Installing your new panel should take no more than 30 minutes, and the only tool you’ll need is a drill. Everything else is included in your package.  

All you have to do is drill through the holes on the stencil, and insert the wall plugs into the holes. Then you insert the screws into those wall plugs. Rest it into the screws using the two rear mounting brackets. Then all that’s left is to plug your panel into the mains. That’s it!

You can have your panel hardwired into the mains, but this will require a qualified electrician.

Slimline Style

With a gorgeous slimline profile, this heater can look fantastic in a number of places. This is because it can be installed high on the wall, or even on the ceiling. This is far more flexible, and more attractive than a bulky radiator, or an inefficient portable heater.

However, with these heaters, you can also get them customised – perhaps the best feature. Our printed panels are of very high quality, and you can get one of your treasured photos mounted on your wall, and providing you with heat.

Order Yours!

To order your custom printed unit complete with your chosen image is really simple. Once you’ve ordered your panel, just send the image you’d like printed on it to: images@suryaheating.co.uk. Make sure you remember to include your name and your order number.

If you're sending in your image via your phone, please make sure that you're sending the full-resolution image, and that if asked, you're not sending a compressed photo.

Before sending us any images for print, it would be a good idea to check if the image you’re sending is of a high enough quality. You can find out more about this process by following our image quality guide, in order to ensure that your print turns out as good as possible.

When we’ve received your image, we’ll mock up a proof to show you what the finished product will look like. We won’t get your panel printed until we receive e-mail confirmation that you’re happy with the proof.

You can send us multiple images too, and we can create a collage for you, though this may result in an additional charge. We cannot begin creating any collages until payment for the panel has been processed.

When we’ve received this confirmation, we’ll send your panel off to the printers, which can take up to 7 days, and then it’ll be dispatched to you via a next-day delivery service! This super-quick turnaround is far quicker than any other competitors, and is of top-notch quality.

Warranty Information

Our custom heating panels come with a fantastic 2-year warranty, to give you peace of mind about your purchase. This is extendable to 5 years at no extra cost.

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on this product, however, as it is customised for you specially.

Thinking Of Choosing Klarna

To make paying for your heaters easy, we've partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Buy Now Pay Later in 30 Days
• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.

To be eligible for Klarna payments, you must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over. Klarna may perform a soft check which will not affect your credit score.
