Perfectly designed to keep your towels toasty warm, the 130W Electric Towel Rail is a safe, effective and modern way of adding extra comfort to your life!
It’s easy to control your towel rail! Heating is split up into three differently-sized zones, one for each slot where a towel can be placed. The control panel is situated to the right of the unit, you can press and hold the power button for each zone to switch them on and off independently of each other.
Pop on your desired zone as you head into your shower or bath, and by the time you step out again, the efficiency of IR heating will ensure that your towels have a lovely snug feel! Then you can switch your towel rail off easily.
Please note that this heater is designed to keep towels warm, and should not be used to provide general heating to your space.
IR Heating: Practical, Affordable
There are loads of benefits to using IR heaters, which makes them a particularly good choice for use as a heated towel rail compared to other electric heaters. This is due to a fundamental difference between how IR heaters and more traditional convection heaters operate.
Convectional heaters use convectional currents to heat air. Infrared heaters use infrared radiation to produce radiant heat. This radiation penetrates objects, heating them up directly as opposed to the air around them. This direct method of heating means you feel the effects almost as soon as you switch the heater on.
This efficiency makes IR heating a much eco-friendlier option, which can also help you save money on your heating. It’s also completely safe and natural, making it a better option when compared to convection heating, which can create stuffiness and spread germs.
More Bathroom Heating
Our mirrored IR panel catalogue is a particularly popular choice for bathroom heating, because they all boast IP65 ratings that makes them safe from splashes of water.
The 320W Mirrored Infrared Heating Panel is a great example of our mirror panels in action, being small and functional, but helping your bathroom to feel much larger. It also won’t steam up like other bathroom mirrors!
Alternatively, the 580W Mirrored IR Panel Heater With LED Backlight offers up a similar functionality as the above model, but it’s a little more powerful, and features a stunning backlight which adds extra style, and helps with shaving or applying makeup.
