Does the job perfectly
Fantastic bit of kit. Had a great experience ordering over the phone with Georgia. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was getting the right brackets for the mounting. The unit itself is high quality. It feels robust and well-engineered. The heat output is impressive, it creates a lovely warm spot on the patio. The low-glare feature is brilliant, it is much easier on the eyes than standard heaters. I connected it to my Wi-Fi with no issues at all. Being able to use voice commands is surprisingly handy when you are already sat outside and don't want to get up to find the remote. It has effectively added another space to our house. We have spent more time in the garden in the last month than we did all last summer. I am very impressed with the build quality and the overall performance. If you are looking for a reliable, powerful heater that looks good and works consistently, this is definitely the one to go for. Excellent product and excellent service.

Top class heater
I did a lot of research before buying this and I am glad I chose this model. The build quality is top tier. I spoke to Simon before buying and he helped me understand the differences between this and the cheaper models. He wasn't pushy at all and just gave me the facts which I appreciated. The heater arrived on time and was easy to install. The performance is exactly what I was hoping for. It heats up quickly and maintains a steady temperature. The low-glare is a huge improvement over my old halogen heater. The smart features work well with my Google Home, although I mostly use the physical remote to be honest. It is a very well-designed product. It looks modern and doesn't stand out too much. It has made our outdoor space usable again which is exactly what I wanted. Can't really fault anything about it. If you are considering buying one, just go for it. It is reliable, effective and does exactly what it is advertised to do. Great stuff.
