The Clearance Grading System
Each IR heater has been given a grade, based on it's condition. Here's what you can expect from each grade:
Brand New - flawless with no imperfections, marks or scuffs whatsoever. Heater is unused (except for testing purposes) but the box has been opened.
Grade A - as good as brand new, with only the smallest signs of use, not noticable from a few feet away.
Grade B - small and minor marks that show signs of previous use, might be noticeable once installed.
Grade C - heaters may have large and very noticable marks, and in some cases even dents to the surface or frame.
Regardless of the grade, each heater has been individually tested for function and safety to ensure it can be used in the original intended manner. If you're not sure about the condition of each individual heater, you can have a look through the image gallery for any of the heaters, which will show you close up photos of any marks and imperfections.

Please be aware that all lines from our Clearance range are non-returnable, and that each heater comes with a 90-day warranty as standard.
