You might think you know infrared heating, but our 1500W Titan High Power 600x600 Infrared Heating Panel has other ideas.
Built & manufactured right here in the UK, this heating panel measures 600 x 600mm, and you might think that won’t emit much heat for that size. On the contrary, it emits a whopping 1500W of IR heat from an incredibly compact body.
Our standard 600 x 600 uses 350W of energy, meaning our Titan Panel Heater crams almost 4 and a half times the heat into the same sized panel!
Here’s what you need to know about the Titan range.
All our Titan Panels should only be installed on ceilings, and should not be installed on the wall. Given the level of heat emitted by the heater too, it should really be used with higher ceilings. If you have a normal ceiling height of around 2.4m, you’ll be fine with our standard IR panels.
Next is that the Titan range should only be hardwired to your mains supply, and will not come with a 3-pin plug. At no point should you wire a plug to this heater for plug and play use.
As the Titan Panels have no built-in controls, we would also recommend using a timer with it, so that you have some control over how long it's on for.
Once all that is out of the way though, you’ll get mountains of heat from this panel, despite its size, which makes it a great choice for commercial spaces like offices and warehouses, or even some domestic areas like conservatories and garages.
Our 1500W Titan IR Panel is the most powerful in the range, so it makes sense that it’s reserved for only the largest or coldest of spaces.
Our 1000W Titan IR Panel is the next one down, and is better for slightly smaller areas. The key thing to remember here is that it looks identical to the bigger 1500W variant, and has the same 600 x 600mm dimensions.
Finally, the baby of the range is the 750W Titan IR Panel, which is still admittedly a lot of heat for such a small panel - it still measures just 600 x 600mm.
Given that infrared works in different ways compared to convection heaters, it impacts you and your home in different ways. Fundamentally, IR heats you directly, instead of heating the air like convection heat does.
What this means for you is that IR doesn’t need to work as hard in order to give you the same level of comfort when compared to convection. This equates to less energy used, and therefore lower bills. And when used with solar panels, they’re potentially free to run.
Convection also has a nasty habit of circulating dust and germs around any given space, which is bad for anyone who has respiratory problems. IR doesn’t do this. In fact it goes one step further, and penetrates your skin by up to 3 inches, improving blood flow!
It’s so effective being healthier for you, that numerous health spas around the country now employ infrared treatment options in their clinics!
The other biggest improvement you’ll notice is the complete lack of any necessary maintenance or servicing. As IR Panels are fully electric, they have no moving parts, so you don’t need to worry about your boiler packing up in the middle of winter when it’s minus 3.
All our Titan Panels are included in our 14 day returns period, during which you’re welcome to return your panel for an exchange or refund, provided the panel is in brand new condition, with original packaging and all included accessories.
Further down the road, you’re also covered by a 5 year manufacturer’s guarantee.
