Effortlessly Install Your Heater

Installing an infrared heater is a simple task that doesn’t require any specialists. There are two main options when it comes to installation as you can either wall-mount the panel, or you can purchase a set of panel stands and leave your heater free-standing.

To wall-mount the panel, all you need to do is follow our drilling template and drill four holes into the wall. You then need to insert the provided wall plugs and screws which will allow you to slot your heater into place with ease.

Coming with a standard UK 3-pin plug, you can then plug your heater in and start feeling the warmth. Alternatively, you can ask a qualified electrician to hard-wire your panel into the mains.

Warranty & Returns Policy

All of our heaters automatically come with a 2-year warranty to protect your purchase. You can extend this to 5-years by filling out a form.

We also offer a 14-day cancellation period. This means that if you find that infrared doesn’t work for you and your home for any reason, you can cancel your purchase 14-days after receiving your order. You will then have a further 14-days to get your purchase back to us.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
