Understanding Your Panel

We’ve made our IR panels as simple and easy to use as possible, from having no moving parts to a quick installation. They won’t need to be serviced like a regular heater either, making them the most effortless and cost-effective option.

To avoid any confusion, we have even added in a tiny LED indicator which emits blue light. This is a guide to show you whether the panel is on or off, and to ensure the panel itself is in a high-functioning state.

We’ve tried to make our products as energy-efficient as possible, and LEDs are an easy way to do this. They use very little electricity and have a lifespan similar to that of our heating panels, making them the perfect option.

Easy Installation

When it comes to using your panel, you can install them in multiple ways, depending on which is convenient to you. The simplest way is to purchase a pair of panel stands to keep it free-standing. All you will need to do then is plug it into a 240V mains.

Alternatively, you can remove the plug and directly hard-wire it into the spur in the wall. This keeps it out of reach, freeing up floor space. We would, however, recommend asking a qualified electrician to do this for you.

If you do wall-mount the panel, everything will be provided for you in the box. There are also brackets on the back to allow to easily help you mount it either vertically or horizontally.

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.

To be eligible for Klarna payments, you must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over. Klarna may perform a soft check which will not affect your credit score.
