This panel measures 795 x 1195mm and has a power output of 900W allowing it to warm up a room measuring approximately 15-16m². Designed to be mounted on the wall out of reach, this panel also comes with an IP54 rating which ensures it is protected against any accidental splashes of water.

Being a heater, the surface can reach maximum temperatures of up to 95°C. This will not be a cause for concern, however, as the surface is manufactured using carbon crystal, allowing the heater to dissipate excess heat with ease so it does not burn to the touch.

Even if your Wi-Fi signal drops out, you’ll still be able to control your heating easily thanks to the included remote control. This handy little device lets you switch your heating on and off at range, as well as adjust your goal temperature.

This remote doesn’t have the same range as the Smart Life app, but it’s a great option for easy control when you’re in the room with your panel. It’s also fantastic if you’re not glued to your phone 24/7, or if you have people or guests in your house who don’t want to go through the whole pairing process.

Understanding Your IR Panel

When you receive your panel, you will notice the small LED indicator in the lower right-hand corner of the panel. This emits a blue light when the heater is turned on, acting as a simple guide to tell you your panel is switched off. As soon as the heater is turned off, the light also switches off.

This seemingly small addition makes all the difference though as it will help you to avoid any confusion.

It becomes particularly useful when you’re using features such as automated temperature control which works on the basis of turning your panel on and off in order to maintain your set temperature.
