This particular panel measures 995 x 1195mm which is our largest sized panel. It is able to warm up a space measuring 19-20m² using its 1200W power output. It also has a rather slimline depth of just 22mm allowing a close fit to the wall to look as discreet as possible.

Our panels are manufactured using the highest quality FIR coating. As it is a heater, however, the surface can reach maximum temperatures of up to 95°C. This will not be a cause for concern as the panels are designed to be mounted out of reach ensuring they are still the safer option compared to convection radiators.

How Infrared Works

Our innovative infrared panels use far-infrared, a type of radiation found on the electromagnetic spectrum. These panels beam these waves out throughout a room which all bounce off the objects within this space. Some of the waves are absorbed by the objects and this is what warms up the room. This is because a steady and comfortable thermal mass is created.

Don’t be worried about the fact the panels use radiation as it is completely safe and natural. In fact, it how the Sun warms the Earth, only our panels do not use damaging UV rays.

Using infrared to heat a room works out much more beneficial to your health and to the integrity of the room. This is because old-fashioned convection heaters warm and circulate the air which causes cold spots and eventually, damp and mould. This issue will be completely cut out with the use of infrared, however.

Returns & Warranty

Know your order will be protected when you shop with us thanks to our two-year warranty policy. This will protect your heater in the unlikely event that any issues arise with your order.

As infrared heating is a relatively new concept, we have decided to offer a 14-day trial period on all of our products. This means that if you discover infrared isn’t quite suitable for you and your home, you will be able to return your panel completely hassle-free.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on panels with the plug and/or cable removed.

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
