My husband and I are both in our seventies now and finding it harder to manage some of the more physical aspects of home maintenance, including dealing with our old storage heaters which always seemed to need attention of one sort or another and never quite heated the house the way we wanted, either too hot overnight when we didnt need it or not warm enough during the day when we did. Our son suggested we look at infrared panels as a simpler alternative and helped us research a few different options online before we settled on this one. Rang up to place the order over the phone rather than doing it online ourselves as neither of us are particularly confident with that sort of thing, and the lady I spoke to, Georgia I believe her name was, was ever so patient and helpful, talked us through everything clearly and didnt make us feel silly for asking so many questions. Heater arrived within a few days and our son came round to fit it for us, said it was straightforward enough on his end. Since having it we've found it so much easier to manage, just turn the dial to how warm we want the room and that's that, no complicated timers or settings to worry about like we had with the old storage heaters. The room heats up much quicker too than we were used to, which has meant we're not sat there cold waiting for things to warm through of a morning like we used to be. My husband particularly appreciates not having to deal with the storage heater controls anymore which he always found a bit confusing if we're honest with ourselves. Really pleased with this whole experience, from the lovely lady on the phone to the heater itself which has made our day to day so much more comfortable. Would happily recommend to anyone else our age looking for something simpler and more reliable than older style storage heating.

This heater has been a great addition to our home, especially in the room where our little one plays as it warms up quickly without making the room too dry feeling like some heaters do, which was something I was quite worried about beforehand given how much time she spends in there on the floor. Customer service was excellent when I called with questions before ordering, patient and helpful throughout, answered everything I asked without making me feel like I was wasting their time. Delivery was quick and installation straightforward with the instructions provided, my husband managed it in about half an hour one evening after work. Really pleased with how it has improved the comfort of that room during the colder months, my daughter now happily plays on the floor in there for hours which she wouldn't have done before when it always felt a bit chilly.
