Fantastic addition to house
Bought two heates one for the living room and one for the kitchen diner, and both have been fantastic. We moved into an older house last year with no central heating in a couple of the rooms and were getting quotes for storage heaters that were eye watering. A friend recommended looking at infrared panels instead and after a bit of research these ones kept coming up as one of the better options on the market, mainly because of the build quality and that lengthy warranty. Glad we went with them. The heat comes through really quickly compared to what we were expecting, and having both the infrared and convection elements means the room warms up properly rather than just the bit directly in front of it. They look smart too, quite slim and modern rather than a big clunky box on the wall. My other half was sceptical at first about spending this much on heaters but even she has admitted they were worth every penny after living with them through a cold snap in January. Installation was simple with the brackets provided, took maybe forty minutes for both. Cant fault them at all and will be buying a third for the hallway soon.

Got this for my flat which is a new build with what I can only describe as fairly rubbish heating in the main bedroom, seems to be an issue with a lot of new builds from what I've heard from mates in similar situations, the room just never gets properly warm despite the radiator running. Did some quick research and this kept coming up as a solid option, decent reviews about build quality and I liked that it wasnt going to break the bank compared to some of the fancier smart heaters out there that come with apps and features i genuinely wouldnt use anyway. Ordered online in about five minutes, dead simple process, and it turned up within a few days. Put it up myself with a mate helping hold it steady while i drilled, took maybe 20 minutes total which was quicker than i expected given ive never fitted anything like this before. Switched it on and could feel the heat coming off pretty quickly, and after 15 minutes or so the bedroom was noticeably warmer than its ever been with just the radiator running on its own. Been using it most nights for the past month or so and its made getting into bed in winter so much more bearable, no more jumping under the covers freezing and waiting ages to warm up. Dial is simple enough, no complaints there, just turn it to where you want and leave it. Really happy with this purchase, especially for the price compared to some of the alternatives i was looking at. Would recommend to anyone else with a similar new build heating issue in the bedroom, made a proper difference to how comfortable the room feels especially first thing when its coldest before the rest of the flat has warmed up properly.

Very happy, good quality
Very happy with this heater, quality is much better than I expected for the price, feels solid when you pick it up, not cheap plastic like some other heater I saw when comparing before I bought this one. Heats up quickly and looks nice on the wall, modern design that fits with our kitchen and doesnt look out of place next to our units and worktops like a bulkier heater might. Ordering was easy on the website and delivery came within the time stated, no problems with that at all. My husband put it up for us on a Saturday, said it was not too difficult with the brackets that were included in the box. Kitchen feels much more comfortable now in the mornings when its coldest, before we always felt a bit rushed to get out of there because of the cold. Would recommend to anyone looking for good infrared heater for their home, does the job very well and looks good too which matters when its somewhere visible like a kitchen.
