By combining infrared and convection heating, the Mirrorstone Air Infrared + Convection Vertical Heating Panel With Remote creates a balanced warmth that reaches every corner of the room. Available in a choice of wattage options, this panel allows you to select the heat output that best suits your space while delivering the same combination of direct infrared warmth and efficient convection heating.
The infrared element gently heats people and surfaces directly, helping you feel comfortable faster, while the convection system circulates warm air to maintain a consistent temperature long after the panel has reached its target setting.
Designed with everyday living in mind, it operates quietly and helps reduce dust circulation compared to traditional heating methods, creating a cleaner, more pleasant environment for your home. The included remote control makes it easy to adjust temperatures and settings from wherever you are in the room, giving you complete control over your comfort.
Its slim vertical design looks at home in modern interiors, while the IP24 rating adds an extra layer of versatility. Protected against solid objects and water splashes, it can be installed in bathrooms with the correct electrical installation, bringing dependable warmth to spaces that are often overlooked.
Infrared heating feels different to traditional heating because it warms people, furniture, and surfaces directly, the result is a warmth you feel sooner and more naturally, similar to the gentle heat of the sun on a warm summer's day.
Because the heat is delivered directly where it’s needed, you can stay comfortable without needing to raise the room temperature. That means less energy is required to create the same cosy feeling.
The savings can be significant too, with infrared heating capable of using up to 60% less energy than traditional convection heating in the right environment. It’s a smart choice for anyone looking to reduce running costs without compromising on comfort.
All electric heating is considered 100% efficient, and infrared heating uses energy in a way that can help reduce running costs.
Infrared heating works by delivering radiant warmth directly to people and surfaces rather than relying on heating the surrounding air. This means comfort is felt more quickly and with less energy wasted on maintaining the temperature of the entire space.
Because warmth is experienced more directly, comfortable conditions can often be maintained using less energy overall. In the right conditions, this approach can lead to savings of up to 60% on energy use.
Over time, those savings can make a real difference. Whether you're heating a single room every day or looking for a more efficient way to warm your home, infrared heating offers a smarter route to comfort that can help reduce household running costs.

Our en suite bathroom is small with barely any spare wall space once you account for the shower, sink and toilet, so heating has always been an afterthought. This vertical panel fits the one narrow gap available perfectly, and the remote is handy for adjusting before getting in or out of the shower without touching anything with wet hands. Ordered the 1000w version online given the room size, arrived within the stated timeframe. My partner fitted it over a weekend, careful about positioning given proximity to the shower area, following the safety guidance properly. The reason for four stars rather than five is the remote occasionally seems to need a firmer press to register in such a small enclosed space, possibly some interference from the tiled walls, though it's a minor niggle rather than a major issue. Since having it running the en suite is warm when getting out of the shower now rather than that horrible cold shock. Open window detection has been useful too. Would still recommend this overall despite the minor remote quirk.
Dee helped me pick the 1400w version for our stairwell, couldnt be happier with it honestly.
Heats up the room quickly and the remote makes adjusting the target temperature much more convenient than reaching for a dial tucked in an awkward corner behind my desk. Ordering process online was smooth and delivery arrived within the stated timeframe. Went with the 1000w version given the room size. Installation was fairly simple, about twenty five minutes to fit properly given the narrow available space. Since having it running the office is much more comfortable throughout the day, no longer need extra layers just to sit at my desk. The open window detection has been genuinely useful since I like fresh air during work breaks and the heater sensibly adjusts rather than wasting energy while it's open. Would recommend this to others looking for a solution to a similarly narrow wall space who also want the convenience of remote control rather than an awkwardly positioned dial.
