By combining infrared and convection technology, the Mirrorstone Air Infrared + Convection Vertical Heating Panel With Thermostat creates a more balanced and enjoyable warmth throughout your space. Available in a choice of wattage options from 1000W to 1400W, you can select the heat output that best suits your room while enjoying the same efficient blend of heating technologies. The infrared element gently heats people, furniture and surfaces directly, while the convection function circulates warm air around the room, helping to maintain a comfortable and consistent temperature that feels natural from corner to corner.
Its sleek vertical design offers a practical alternative to standard horizontal heaters, making it ideal for hallways, living rooms, home offices and other spaces where wall space is at a premium. The contemporary finish blends effortlessly into modern and traditional interiors alike, adding warmth without compromising the look of your room.
Built with an IP24 rating, it's protected against splashes of water, making it suitable for use in bathrooms with the correct electrical installation.
With near-silent operation and reduced dust circulation, it helps create a cleaner, more comfortable environment you'll enjoy spending time in every day.
Infrared heating works by warming people, furniture and surfaces directly instead of spending energy heating the air first. This creates a natural, gentle warmth that feels similar to sunshine on your skin, without any harmful UV rays.
Because the heat is absorbed by objects throughout the room, warmth is retained more effectively and released gradually over time. This helps the room feel comfortable for longer whilst reducing the amount of energy needed to maintain your ideal temperature.
With less reliance on moving large volumes of air, infrared heating can also help reduce dust circulation and create a cleaner, fresher atmosphere. The result is an efficient heating solution that delivers reliable comfort whilst offering the potential to reduce heating costs by up to 60% compared to traditional heating systems.
One of the biggest reasons people switch to infrared heating is the potential to significantly reduce running costs without sacrificing comfort.
Infrared heating transfers warmth directly to people, furniture and surfaces, meaning less energy is wasted heating empty air. Because surfaces retain heat more effectively, rooms can stay comfortable using less power overall.
This more targeted way of heating is what makes infrared so efficient. By focusing energy where it's actually needed, infrared panels can use up to 60% less energy than equivalent electric convection heaters.

Warms up instantly, love the tall slim shape, fits our narrow bathroom wall perfectly now.
Really impressed with the build quality, feels way sturdier than other panels ive owned.
Bought this heater for the narrow section of wall in our new kitchen extension, specifically the awkward bit between the built in wine rack and the door leading out to the garden, a spot our kitchen designer left completely blank because nothing standard would fit there properly without looking out of place or getting in the way. Had been putting off sorting heating for this specific corner since we finished the extension about six months ago, mainly because every heater I looked at either wouldn't physically fit in the gap or looked completely wrong stylistically against the modern finish we'd gone for throughout the rest of the kitchen. This vertical panel changed everything once I found it, the slim profile fits the gap almost as if it was designed specifically for that exact purpose, and the look of it actually complements the modern aesthetic we were going for rather than looking like an afterthought. Ordered online after measuring multiple times to be absolutely certain, and delivery arrived within the stated timeframe in perfect condition. Had it installed by the same electrician who did our extension wiring originally, he came back specifically for this job and said it took him about forty minutes including making sure everything was properly connected and safely earthed given the proximity to the kitchen's other electrics. Went with the 1400w version given the extension has a lot of glass and can lose heat quickly, especially in that corner near the garden door which gets used constantly. Since having it installed that whole corner of the kitchen feels completely different, no longer a cold spot you'd instinctively avoid standing in, genuinely one of the warmest parts of the room now which wasn't something I expected from a single relatively small heater. The dial thermostat is simple and reliable, and honestly the aesthetic has been just as important to me as the performance given how much we invested in getting the overall look of this extension right, so having a heater that actually enhances rather than detracts from the finished space has been a lovely bonus. Build quality feels excellent throughout, genuinely premium feeling compared to some cheaper alternatives we considered before making this decision. Would highly recommend this vertical option to anyone else with a similarly awkward gap in a modern kitchen renovation who wants effective heating without compromising on the finished look they've worked so hard to achieve.
