By combining infrared and convection technology, the Mirrorstone Air Infrared + Convection Vertical Heating Panel With Thermostat creates a more balanced and enjoyable warmth throughout your space. Available in a choice of wattage options from 1000W to 1400W, you can select the heat output that best suits your room while enjoying the same efficient blend of heating technologies. The infrared element gently heats people, furniture and surfaces directly, while the convection function circulates warm air around the room, helping to maintain a comfortable and consistent temperature that feels natural from corner to corner.
Its sleek vertical design offers a practical alternative to standard horizontal heaters, making it ideal for hallways, living rooms, home offices and other spaces where wall space is at a premium. The contemporary finish blends effortlessly into modern and traditional interiors alike, adding warmth without compromising the look of your room.
Built with an IP24 rating, it's protected against splashes of water, making it suitable for use in bathrooms with the correct electrical installation.
With near-silent operation and reduced dust circulation, it helps create a cleaner, more comfortable environment you'll enjoy spending time in every day.
Infrared heating works by warming people, furniture and surfaces directly instead of spending energy heating the air first. This creates a natural, gentle warmth that feels similar to sunshine on your skin, without any harmful UV rays.
Because the heat is absorbed by objects throughout the room, warmth is retained more effectively and released gradually over time. This helps the room feel comfortable for longer whilst reducing the amount of energy needed to maintain your ideal temperature.
With less reliance on moving large volumes of air, infrared heating can also help reduce dust circulation and create a cleaner, fresher atmosphere. The result is an efficient heating solution that delivers reliable comfort whilst offering the potential to reduce heating costs by up to 60% compared to traditional heating systems.
One of the biggest reasons people switch to infrared heating is the potential to significantly reduce running costs without sacrificing comfort.
Infrared heating transfers warmth directly to people, furniture and surfaces, meaning less energy is wasted heating empty air. Because surfaces retain heat more effectively, rooms can stay comfortable using less power overall.
This more targeted way of heating is what makes infrared so efficient. By focusing energy where it's actually needed, infrared panels can use up to 60% less energy than equivalent electric convection heaters.

Bought this vertical panel for the gap between our two front windows which has been an empty, slightly odd looking bit of wall since we moved in, never quite sure what to do with it. This heater fits perfectly there and actually gives the space a purpose now, doubles up as heating and looks quite striking too if I'm honest. Once it did arrive, installation was simple, took about half an hour with the bracket kit that came with it. Performance wise no complaints at all, heats up quickly and the room feels noticeably warmer within minutes of switching it on. The 1000w version was plenty for the room it's in, wasn't sure at first whether to go bigger but it's been spot on. Would still recommend this to others.
We bought this vertical heater for a narrow gap in our downstairs cloakroom, a genuinely tiny space where standard heaters simply would not fit given the limited wall area once you account for the sink and toilet taking up most of the available room. I did quite a bit of research comparing different narrow or slim profile heaters before settling on this one, mainly because the reviews consistently mentioned good build quality and a substantial warranty period, both of which mattered to me given how much some of these panel heaters actually cost compared to a basic plug in alternative. Ordered online, the process was simple enough, and delivery arrived within the stated timeframe, well packaged with no damage despite the awkward dimensions of the box. Installed it myself over a weekend, took roughly twenty five minutes including careful measuring to ensure it wouldn't interfere with the door swing in such a small room. Went with the 1000w version given the size of the room, more than sufficient to take the chill off what had always been an uncomfortably cold little room previously, especially first thing in the morning before the rest of the house had properly warmed up. Since having it installed that cloakroom no longer feels like an afterthought, genuinely comfortable to use even during the coldest months of the year. The dial thermostat is simple and reliable, does exactly what you'd expect without any unnecessary complication. Build quality feels solid throughout, definitely a step up from a cheaper plug in heater I previously had in there that never seemed to make much of a difference regardless of how long I left it running. Overall very satisfied with this purchase, it has solved a genuinely awkward heating problem in a small but frequently used room in our house, and I would happily recommend this vertical option to anyone else dealing with a similarly narrow, compact space that needs effective heating without taking up what little room is available.
Love how slim this is, fits perfectly next to the door where a normal panel wouldnt fit.
