Great heat and easy order
Very impressed with this heater. The power output is fantastic. We installed it on our deck and it creates a lovely warm zone. It is a simple on/off operation, which I prefer. I placed the order via the website. It was smooth and the delivery was fast. The box arrived in good condition. Fitting it was straightforward. We have been using it for a couple of months now and it has been reliable. It handles the damp air well. The low glare makes for a much better atmosphere than those older style heaters. I am very happy with it. It has extended our time outdoors considerably. I contacted support to clarify a technical detail and the response was quick and helpful. The service levels here are high. The product does exactly what it says on the box. It is a very effective heater. I give it 5 stars without hesitation. It is a great addition to any home.

Awesome kit
I bought this for my husband for his birthday. He loves spending time in the workshop that opens onto the garden. I spoke to Dee on the phone to place the order and he was brilliant. Very helpful and patient while I checked the specs. The heater arrived promptly. The quality is immediately apparent. It feels robust and well-engineered. We fitted it above the door so it heats the threshold and the patio. The heat is powerful and instant. It has made a huge difference to the garden space. We can now sit out even when it is quite cool. The low glare is excellent. It creates a subtle warmth without blinding you. It has definitely enhanced our outdoor living. I am delighted with the service we received. Everything from the advice to the delivery was professional. It is a great product and I would not hesitate to recommend it. A very well-deserved 5 stars.

Good heater, minor quibble
Came on time. No issues there. The heater itself is very powerful. It heats the patio area effectively. I am happy with the performance. The heat is intense and very comfortable. It has definitely made the garden more usable in the evenings. The low glare is as described. It is a subtle light, not an eyesore. My only gripe is the mounting kit could be a bit better. It felt a little flimsy for the weight of the unit. I had to source some extra wall plugs to be sure it would hold securely. Other than that, I have no complaints. It works as intended. I spoke to Simon on the phone later about the mounting issue and he was helpful, suggesting a fix. The customer service is decent. I would give it 4 stars because of the mount, but the product performance is 5 stars. A solid purchase overall for anyone wanting to extend their outdoor living season. It does the job well.
