Very powerful heating
This heater is seriously powerful. I did not expect it to be this good. We have a relatively large deck and it covers almost the whole thing. I spoke to Georgia when I was placing the order and she confirmed that this was the right model for our needs. She was great and really knew the product ranges well. The service was top notch. Installation was not too hard if you have the right tools. It looks nice and minimalist which I appreciate. The Wi-Fi features are cool but I mostly just use the remote. The heat is consistent and does not waver. I think it is worth every penny. We use it for our morning coffee and evening drinks. It has made the outdoors feel like an extension of the living room. Everything about the process was smooth from the initial inquiry to the final mounting. Highly recommended if you want something that actually delivers on its promises.

Solid choice for patio
Works like a charm in my patio. The heating power is very good. It warms up instantly, which is what I needed. I hate waiting for heaters to get up to temperature. The low glare is definitely a big plus. It is subtle and does not irritate your eyes. The build quality feels premium and durable. I did not have any issues with the Wi-Fi setup, it connected to my router on the first try. I have not used the voice commands much but the remote control works reliably. The delivery was fast and the item was well packed. I am very satisfied with this purchase. It has made our patio much more usable in the evenings. I think it is a great value for money considering how well it performs. If you want a no-nonsense heater that is powerful and easy to control, this is a great option.

Nice heater, looks good
This heater looks really good on our wall. It is minimalist and does not stand out. The heat is very effective and warms us up quickly. I had a bit of trouble connecting it to the Wi-Fi at first but I managed to figure it out eventually. The remote control works fine. I did not use the voice commands because I do not have Alexa or Google Home set up, so I cannot comment on that. The customer service was good when I called to ask about delivery times. I spoke to Simon and he was very helpful and friendly. The product itself is high quality and sturdy. I am happy with how it performs. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. If you want a nice looking heater that is also powerful and reliable, this is a good choice. It is well worth the money and I would recommend it to others.
