By participating in the Surya Heating Customer Feedback Programme, you agree to these terms.

• Eligibility: This offer is open only to verified customers of Surya Heating who have purchased an infrared heater.
• Verification: You must provide a valid order number. We will cross-reference this with our internal sales records. Entries without a valid order number will be discarded.
• Limitation: This offer is limited to one voucher per household, regardless of the number of heaters purchased.
• Quality Control: We reserve the right to reject any submission that contains incomplete, nonsensical, or spam content. We require meaningful responses to all questions to qualify for the incentive.
• Availability: This incentive is offered on a limited basis. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice once our budget for this feedback initiative is met.
• Delivery: Verified vouchers will be sent to the email address on file within 14 working days of form completion.
• Rights: We reserve the right to use the feedback provided for internal product development and marketing purposes, while keeping personal customer data private.
