Image Panel Ordering

When you order an image panel from a supplier, they take a while to prepare and deliver your product. That’s not the case here at Surya Heating. We take immense pride in our ability to print your image onto the panel, assemble it for you, and dispatch it in just a few days. Whereas competitors take a few weeks, we will take just a week to dispatch your order after we receive the photo.

It’s very easy to order custom images too. All you have to do is choose your size and wattage, order your panel, and email us the image to images@suryaheating.co.uk. Just quote your name and order number. Also, make sure that the image is high resolution, and is at least 300dpi. We’ll then create a proof of what your panel will look like; approve this, and the work will begin!

Our Delivery Times

It may take just a week to dispatch our panels, but imagine if our panels are coming from the other side of the world, and take weeks to arrive? Luckily for us all, they’re not. Our huge UK warehouse is full to the brim with our Surya infrared heaters, so not only do we have plenty of stock, we’re able to deliver it quickly. Our delivery is always free, with a FedEx 24 service delivering them between 1-2 working days. If you’re outside the UK, contact us and we can give you a quote depending on how much you need and where you are.

Delivery is completely trackable, too. We’ll give you a tracking number once it’s been dispatched – enter it on FedEx's website and you can check out the progress.

Returns

We are pretty confident in the quality of our products – so much so that we offer a 14 day home trial period on many of our products. This means you’ll be able to return or exchange your product with ease. This applies to all of our White Infrared Panels, Mirror Panels, Glass Panels, and Bar Heaters.

With our image panels, it’s actually a little different. The main image panels fall under this trial period, but with a 15% restocking fee. The custom image panels cannot be returned or exchanged.

Warranty Info

Surya Heating also offer a whopping five-year warranty on our products, because we are super-confident in our items. Many of them average a 100,000 hours lifespan. Even if you used them for eight hours a day, every day of the year, this is over 34 years. Use them for eight hours a day for six months of the year, and they’ll last for 68 years! This is far more than any traditional boiler, which end up needing plenty of servicing and maintenance over their lifetime.
