Great heater for our loft room
We converted our loft into an additional bedroom a couple of years ago and while the conversion itself was done to a good standard, the heating has always been slightly underwhelming, likely due to the sloped ceilings and the room being further from the boiler than the rest of the house, meaning it always takes longer to warm up than other rooms. So glad we found this heater
We'd been putting off sorting the heating in our garden room for ages because every quote we got for running proper central heating pipes out there was ridiculous. Someone mentioned infrared panels to us and after looking at a few different brands we settled on this one mainly because of the reviews about build quality and the warranty length. So glad we did. It heats the room up so much quicker than we expected and because it's mounted up high it doesn't take up any floor space which was important as the room isn't huge. We use the garden room most evenings now which we never used to in winter because it was always freezing. The dial thermostat is really easy to use, my kids have even worked out how to adjust it themselves which says something about how simple it is. Delivery was prompt and the whole ordering process online was easy enough, no issues at all. Honestly one of the best purchases we've made for the house this year, wish we'd done it years ago instead of putting up with a cold garden room every winter.

Excellent heater, very satisfied with the purchase. Warms up fast and the quality of build is very good, much better than other panel heater I bought before this one which broke after few months and had to be thrown away, big waste of money at the time. This one feels like it will last many years, especially with the long warranty given, gives much more confidence than the previous heater which came with almost no guarantee at all. Ordering online was straightforward and delivery arrived within few days as expected, no problem with tracking or communication from the company either. My brother helped me install on the wall, not difficult job, maybe thirty minutes together. Room where it is installed now feels comfortable every evening, before this we always avoid spending time there because too cold. Would recommend to friends looking for reliable heating solution for their home, especially if they had bad experience with cheap heater before like I did.
