Delighted with our new heater which we bought for the room my husband uses as his study, previously heated by an old and rather noisy fan heater that he'd complain about constantly, both the noise and the fact it never seemed to properly warm the room despite running almost constantly through the day while he worked in there. Did some research together before buying, comparing a few different infrared panels online, and settled on this one due to the reviews mentioning good build quality and the longer warranty compared to some of the other options we were considering. Ordered through the website and it arrived within the stated delivery window, well packaged with no damage. My husband fitted it himself over a weekend, he's fairly handy so it only took him around half an hour including finding the right spot on the wall away from his desk and bookshelves. Since switching it on he's been full of praise, says the room warms up much quicker than before and its completely silent compared to the old fan heater which he's delighted about given how much time he spends on calls for work. The heat itself feels lovely, quite different to what we'd had before, more of a gentle consistent warmth rather than the harsh blast of hot air the fan heater used to produce. Room stays warm for a good while after its switched off too which has been a pleasant surprise. He's mentioned a few times now how much more productive he feels working in a properly warm, quiet room rather than being distracted by noise or feeling cold enough to need a jumper on indoors. As his wife I'm just glad to hear less complaining about the study being cold, which had become a bit of a running joke in our house before we sorted it out properly with this heater. Overall a brilliant purchase, solved a genuine problem in our house and the quality of the product itself gives real confidence it'll last for years to come.

Bought this for my workshop at the bottom of the garden where i do a fair bit of woodworking as a hobby, previously relying on an old paraffin heater which honestly was more hassle than it was worth given the smell and having to keep topping it up with fuel constantly. The infrared panel has been a big improvement in most respects, no smell obviously which is a huge plus, and it heats the immediate working area quickly which is exactly what i need when im stood at the bench for a few hours at a time. Ordering was easy through the website and delivery arrived within the stated timeframe. Only reason for four stars rather than five is the workshop isnt insulated particularly well being an older wooden structure, so while the direct heat from the panel is great when youre positioned near it, the wider workshop doesnt hold onto the warmth for long once you move away from the panel or when its switched off, which i suspect is more to do with my workshop than any fault with the heater itself if im honest. Installation was simple enough, about 25 minutes to get it mounted up on the wall above my main workbench where i spend most of my time. Its made a real difference to how long i can comfortably spend out there during the colder months, previously id be in and out within an hour before the cold got too much, now i can happily spend a whole afternoon out there without feeling like im freezing. Would still recommend this to others in a similar situation, just manage expectations if your workshop or garage isnt particularly well insulated, the heater itself does exactly what its meant to, its more a case of understanding the limitations of the space its heating rather than any shortcoming of the product. For the price and what it offers im still very happy with the purchase overall.

This heater does exactly what it says, warms the room up nice and quick and looks smart mounted above the sofa. Only small niggle is it makes a slight clicking noise when it first switches on and off which took some getting used to, not loud but noticeable in a quiet room. Other than that no complaints, the room stays warm for ages after its switched off too which i wasnt expecting. We bought it to replace an ancient convector heater that used to trip the fuse if we ran anything else at the same time, so this has been a massive step up in every other way. The room used to feel a bit tired looking too if that makes sense, but having something mounted neatly on the wall rather than a bulky box on the floor has made the whole space feel a bit more grown up somehow. My husband did most of the research into which brand to go for, hes quite thorough about comparing warranties and wattage before committing to anything, and he settled on this one after reading a fair few reviews first. Ordered online, no issues with that side of things, arrived well packaged and nothing damaged, took about half an hour to fit once it turned up. Would recommend to others just mentioning the noise thing so people arent caught off guard by it like i was at first.
