I'll be honest, I was the one in the house pushing for us to get proper central heating extended into our garden room rather than bothering with a plug in heater, thinking it would be more effective long term. My husband convinced me to at least look at these infrared panels first before we spent thousands on extending the pipework, and I'm really glad he did because this has completely changed my mind. We ordered online after reading through the product page a few times to make sure we understood the difference between the wattage options, went with the 1000w version for our room size which is a decent sized garden room but not enormous. Delivery was prompt, arrived within the week as stated, and everything needed to install it was included in the box. Getting it up on the wall took my husband about 35 minutes on a Saturday morning, and by that evening we were sat in the garden room after dinner for the first time in ages during the colder months, something we simply hadn't been doing because it was too cold to be comfortable out there without wrapping up in blankets and coats. The heat from this thing is honestly lovely, it's not like a normal heater blasting hot air at you, it feels more like sitting near a fire, a gentle direct warmth that's really pleasant to be near. Combined with the convection element the whole room warms up nicely too, not just the spot directly in front of the panel. We've saved ourselves a small fortune not going ahead with extending the central heating, and honestly I don't think it would have made that much more of a difference to how the room feels in the evenings. The dial thermostat is dead simple to use too, no apps or wifi setup required which after dealing with some other smart home gadgets in our house has been a genuinely refreshing change. Couldn't be happier with this purchase, it's completely changed how often we use that room during the winter months and paid for itself in saved building costs before we'd even properly used it.

Right, I dont normally leave reviews for anything but this heater has genuinely impressed me enough to make an exception. Bought it for the annexe we built onto the side of the house a couple of years back for my father in law, and the heating in there has always been a bit of an afterthought if im honest, just a couple of small panel heaters that never really cut it properly during winter. Did some research and this one came up time and again as one of the better built options, especially compared to some of the really cheap panels youll find if you just search generally online without doing much homework first. Called up to check on delivery times as we needed it before a specific date when my father in law was due to move in, and the person i spoke to, i believe it was simon, was really helpful in confirming it would arrive in time and it did, no issues at all. Fitting it was simple enough, my son and i did it together in about 40 minutes including working out the best position given the layout of the annexe. Since switching it on the difference has been noticeable straight away, warms up quickly and the annexe feels properly comfortable now rather than that slightly chilly feeling it always had before regardless of what other heaters we tried. My father in law has commented a few times how much better it feels compared to the old setup, and hes not one to hand out compliments easily so that says something. The dial is simple enough for him to manage on his own too which was important given hes not the most technically minded person. Overall really chuffed with this purchase, both the product and the service when i called up to check on delivery. Would happily recommend it to anyone else needing to sort heating for an annexe, garden room or similar space thats previously relied on inadequate heaters that just dont do the job properly.
