We've been wanting to get rid of our old storage heaters for years and finally took the plunge with this Mirrorstone panel. Ordered it online through the website, checkout was simple enough, and it turned up within four working days which was quicker than I expected. Installing it wasn't too bad either, my brother in law is handy with a drill so between the two of us it went up in about half an hour. The difference in the room has been noticeable straight away, it heats up so much faster than the old convection only heater we had, and the infrared side of things means you actually feel warm rather than just the air around you being warm. The dial is nice and simple too, no confusing digital displays or apps to mess about with, just turn it to where you want it. Build quality feels really solid, definitely feels like it will last with that 7 year warranty behind it. My wife has already asked if we can get one for the spare room as well. Would happily recommend this to anyone fed up with old fashioned storage heaters that take forever to warm a room up properly.

Does exactly what it says
Straightforward purchase, ordered online, arrived on time, installed it myself in about 25 minutes following the instructions. Heats up fast, the room feels warm within a few minutes of switching it on which surprised me a bit given how underwhelming some heaters can be in that regard. Build quality is noticeably better than a cheaper panel I looked at before deciding on this one, feels much sturdier and the finish looks smarter on the wall too, doesn't look out of place at all in the living room which was a concern of mine beforehand. It's replaced an old plug in heater that used to trip the electrics if we had too much else running at the same time, so that headache has completely gone too. No complaints at all, does exactly what it says on the tin and the warranty gives good peace of mind for a purchase like this, especially compared to some of the other panels I was comparing it against before buying.

Bought this for the garage...
Bought for the garage which ive slowly been converting into a proper workshop space over the last year or so. Needed something that would take the edge off the cold without me having to insulate the whole garage properly just yet as thats a bigger job for another time. The heater itself does a good job, warms up the immediate area pretty quickly when you first switch it on and after a while the whole garage does start to feel noticeably warmer, though it does take a bit longer than i expected given the garage isnt insulated at all which i suppose is to be expected really rather than a fault of the heater itself. Ordering was straightforward through the website and delivery came within the timeframe stated, no complaints there. Installation was simple enough, mounted it up on the wall above my workbench using the brackets provided, took about half an hour. The reason im giving four stars rather than five is the dial can be a little tricky to get to the exact setting you want, it seems quite sensitive so a small turn makes a bigger difference than you might expect, took me a little while to get used to finding the right spot for what i wanted. Not a massive issue once you know about it but worth mentioning for anyone else who might find the same thing. Otherwise really happy with it, its made spending time out in the garage during the colder months actually bearable rather than something i avoid until spring. Would recommend to anyone with a similar space thats not properly insulated yet, just manage your expectations slightly on how quickly it heats larger uninsulated spaces and youll be happy with it, because on its own terms it does exactly what its meant to do reliably.
