Nexus panels are the next generation of personal heater, thanks to their ability to connect to your Wi-Fi. This unlocks incredible amounts of potential when it comes to controlling to your heating. You can control your Nexus panels from anywhere in the world just by using your mobile phone, all you have to do is connect to the Smart Life app, and you’ll have complete control in your pocket.

You can adjust your goal temperature as well as turn the heater on and off, no matter where you are, as long as you have a signal. You’ll also be able to set various timers through meaning you can have your heater come on automatically when it’s most convenient to you.

Keep Things Simple With A Remote

Even if your Wi-Fi signal drops out, you’ll still be able to control your heating easily thanks to the included remote control.

This handy little device lets you switch your heating on and off at range, as well as adjust your goal temperature. This remote doesn’t have the same range as the Smart Life app, but it’s a great option for easy control when you’re in the room with your panel. It’s also fantastic if you’re not glued to your phone 24/7, or if you have people or guests in your house who don’t want to go through the whole pairing process.

Installing Your Panel

All you need to get started with converting your home to use IR heating is a drill. Everything else you need is included in the box, and all you need to get your panel functional is a plug socket.

If you want to take your panel to the next level, you can hire a qualified electrician to wire your panel directly into a wall- but this step is entirely optional and won’t impact the functionality of your panel.

All you have to do is drill through the holes on the stencil provided. Then you insert the wall plugs into the holes, before adding the screws into the wall plugs. Rest your panel into the screws using the two rear mounting brackets. Then all that’s left is to plug your panel in. This should take no more than half an hour!

Simple Maintenance

What about maintenance? That’s even simpler! Once your panel is plugged in, that’s it! In fact, this is yet another way your panel will save you money and time throughout its lifespan- a lifespan that can reach up to thirty years!

Your panel has no moving internal parts, and it doesn’t have a constant flow of water like a convection heater does. This minimises the risk of breakages, and means your panel requires no real maintenance or servicing, a quick wipe down every so often to keep it dust free is all it needs.
