For a stunningly attractive infrared panel heater, the 595x995 Thunder Mountain Nexus Infrared Heating Panel 580W is absolutely perfect. It has loads of different advantages over traditional heating methods, such as central heating. They’re smart, efficient, and can save you lots of money.
This image panel measures approximately 595mm by 995mm, and with its power output of 580W, can heat an area that’s approximately 9-10m2. It measures just 22mm in depth, meaning it can fit very flush against your wall. It comes with an IP54 rating, which means it’s protected against splashes of water.
The panel is constructed from top-quality FIR Coating materials, which give it a stylish appearance. The surface can reach a temperature of approximately 75-95˚C, which is slightly warmer than a traditional radiator. It’ll be a lot trickier to burn yourself, however, as it’ll be installed higher up the wall than a normal radiator.
Infrared Heating: An Explanation
Infrared heating is a revolutionary new way of heating your indoor space. It is much more efficient, more eco-friendly, and, truthfully, looks a lot better than traditional heating methods. It heats your room in a completely different way to a conventional radiator. Rather than heating the air around it, it heats the objects around the room, which requires less energy. It can actually save around 60% on your heating bills!
It fires infrared beams around the room, which bounce off the objects, leaving them warmed. By doing this, you can avoid convectional currents. When a traditional heater warms the air, it rises to the ceiling, cools, and falls again, requiring reheating. This is much less efficient, and can have a negative effect on your health. That’s because it encourages dust circulation, mould growth, and cold spots. Because an infrared heater does not do this, it can actually be seen as beneficial for your health.
Infrared heating is also completely safe, even though it sounds scary. It’s just the same technology that TV remote controls use! It provides the same kind of heat that the sun does, but without any nasty UV radiation.
FIR Coating For Maximum Efficiency & Safety
Our infrared panels come with a brand new, highly advanced premium FIR Coating to help maximise the performance of your heater. It’s heat-resistant – meaning it can withstand temperatures up to 200oC without yellowing over time.
Not only that, but it will also help the carbon crystal heating element inside the panel distribute the IR waves better than ever before, thanks to a higher thermal efficiency, resulting in even more warmth in your home.
To top it all off, the coating is also far more secure than ever before, as it is fire resistant, ensuring your family and your home stay safe and warm.

The Thunder Mountain is a brilliant image, with a lake surrounded by mountains on two sides. In the middle of the lake is a rocky formation with a couple of trees on it. The sky is an orangey colour, thanks to the sharp bolt of lightning streaking through the centre. It’s a brilliant way to disguise your heating.
