It measures 795 x 1195mm and will warm a room approximately the size of 15-16m². It will use around 900W of power, but works out more efficient due to the fantastic heat it provides. It measures 22mm in depth, meaning that it will remain flush to the wall and will look like a typical canvas.

The panel itself is manufactured using a FIR coating and has zero moving parts. This means it won’t need to be serviced like a regular heater. As it is a heater however, it will of course get hot, reaching max temperatures of up to 75-95°C. The efficient technology will actually dissipate this heat effectively, meaning that it won’t burn should you touch it.

How Does It Work?

Infrared heating is a relatively new technology. While it has been around for years, it has only recently been refined to produce high-quality, effective heat.

Infrared itself is a type of radiation found on the electromagnetic spectrum – this isn’t as scary as it sounds, as it is completely safe for you and your body.

It works by emitting rays from the panels which is absorbed by objects within the room, including yourself. It is then re-emitted in order to create an ambient atmosphere. The best way to envision it is by picturing how the sun heats you, as it is basically the same technology, just without the harmful UV rays.

Nexus panels are the next generation of personal heater, thanks to their ability to connect to your Wi-Fi. This unlocks incredible amounts of potential when it comes to controlling to your heating.

You can control your Nexus panels from anywhere in the world just by using your mobile phone, all you have to do is connect to the Smart Life app, and you’ll have complete control in your pocket.

You can adjust your goal temperature as well as turn the heater on and off, no matter where you are, as long as you have a signal. You’ll also be able to set various timers through meaning you can have your heater come on automatically when it’s most convenient to you.

Keep Things Simple With A Remote

Even if your Wi-Fi signal drops out, you’ll still be able to control your heating easily thanks to the included remote control. This handy little device lets you switch your heating on and off at range, as well as adjust your goal temperature.

This remote doesn’t have the same range as the Smart Life app, but it’s a great option for easy control when you’re in the room with your panel. It’s also fantastic if you’re not glued to your phone 24/7, or if you have people or guests in your house who don’t want to go through the whole pairing process.

Easy Installation

Installation won’t be a problem either as it is an incredibly easy process that can be done by anyone. You have total freedom, meaning you can sit the panel on a pair of panel stands and plug it into a 240V mains, or you can wall-mount it.

To do this, you must drill four holes into the wall using the template, and then employ wall plugs and screws. Once that is complete, you can slot the heater into place using the cross-hair brackets on the back of the panel. You can then ask a qualified electrician to hard-wire it directly to the mains, or you can use it by plugging into a 3-pin socket.

The choice is yours, but wall-mounting gives you more freedom and frees up your floor space.

Warranty & Returns

Each panel does come with a 2-year warranty, and removing the plug does not void this. Cutting the cable off does leave you unable to return the panel however. The warranty can be extended to 5 years free of charge.

Should you not be fully satisfied with your order, you will have up 14 days to either return or exchange the panel, but our image panels do have a 15% restocking fee.

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
