Easy Installation

Each Prime panel should take no more than 30 minutes to install, and is much the same as hanging a painting on the wall or assembling a piece of flatpack furniture. Converting a whole room, or even your entire house, over to IR heating is easy as a result. The process only needs an electrician if you want to hardwire your panels and obscure the cable from view.

All you have to do is drill the bracket itself into the wall, hang the panel onto the bracket, and then lock it into place. Then all that’s left is to plug your panel into the mains.

With a lovely slimline appearance, this is unlike any other heater. Thanks to its innovative build, it can be installed high on the wall, or even on the ceiling.

A Few Simple Steps

Ordering your custom printed IR panel is a simple process. All you need to do is order your panel in the usual way, and then email us the image you’d like printed on it to images@suryaheating.co.uk. Make sure that you enclose your name and the order number.

Before sending us any images for print, it would be a good idea to check if the image you’re sending is of a high enough quality. You can find out more about this process by following our image quality guide, in order to ensure that your print turns out as good as possible.

If you're sending in your image via your phone, your email app may ask if you want to send a compressed image - please ensure that you send us the full resolution image, as compressed images compromise the quality of the picture.

Once we’ve received your image, we’ll send you a mock-up so that you can approve it. Let us know you’re happy with this and we’ll then go ahead and print up your custom infrared heating panel.

We can also create collages if you'd like multiple images on your panel, though this may result in additional charges. Any collages cannot be created until payment has been processed for the panel.

The usual turnaround time is about 7 working days after we receive approval of the mock-up, then we’ll send it out to you for next-day delivery.

Warranty Info

Our custom Nexus heating panels come with a comprehensive 7-year warranty, to give you peace of mind about your purchase. Any thermostatic components are covered by a 2-year warranty.

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on this product, however, as it will have been customised for you specially.

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
