On top of that, you have a choice of a simple on/off heater, one with a built-in thermostat, a remote controllable option, and one that comes with a plugin Wi-Fi thermostat!

In fact, thanks to its innovative design, it can be installed high on the wall, or even on the ceiling. This is a massive improvement on a chunky radiator or an inefficient portable heater.

However, the best thing about these heaters is the way you can get them customised. Our printed panels are of very high quality, and you can get whatever photo you want on it, providing you own it.

Whether you want wedding photos, family portraits, or a picture of your dog, you can completely disguise your heater as a lovely canvas on the wall. This can complete your discreet heating look.

How to Order

Once you’ve ordered your panel, send an email to images@suryaheating.co.uk with the image you want printing attached. Make sure to quote your name and order number to avoid confusion.

Please ensure too that if you are sending images to us from your phone, to make sure that you are sending the full-resolution photo, and to not send a compressed image if asked by your phone.

Before sending us any images for print, it would be a good idea to check if the image you’re sending is of a high enough quality. You can find out more about this process by following our image quality guide, in order to ensure that your print turns out as good as possible.

We’ll send you a proof of how your panel will look. You’ll need to approve this before we can proceed with your order, and we cannot print your panel until we have received approval from you.

We also offer a collage service if you want more than one image on your panel, though please be aware that this may incur additional charges and that we cannot create any collage until payment has been processed for the panel.

The printing process can take around 5 working days, after which we’ll dispatch it for delivery to you free of charge. This is vastly quicker than every other company that offers a similar service, with premium quality ensured.

Warranty Info

Our Prime heating panels come with a fantastic 7-year warranty, to give you peace of mind about your purchase. Any thermostatic components are covered by a 2-year warranty.

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on this product, however, as it will have been customised for you specifically.

Thinking Of Choosing Klarna

To make paying for your heaters easy, we've partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Buy Now Pay Later in 30 Days
• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.

To be eligible for Klarna payments, you must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over. Klarna may perform a soft check which will not affect your credit score.
