The Prime range is built in the EU using German technology, giving you nothing but the best quality heaters for your home. The galvanised steel surface prevents permanent warping, helping keep your panel in top condition for its entire lifespan.

On top of that, you have a choice of a simple on/off heater, one with a built-in thermostat, a remote controllable option, and one that comes with a plugin Wi-Fi thermostat!

Installing Your Panel

Your custom panel will look just like a piece of wall art, and installing it is just as easy. The whole process should take about 30 minutes. You just need a drill, everything else is included in the box.

These panels feature plug and play capabilities, so your panel doesn’t require any rewiring work to function, just a plug socket in range.

All you have to do is drill the bracket itself into the wall, hang the panel on the bracket, and then lock it into place. Then all that’s left is to plug your panel in to a socket.

Make It Your Own

With a lovely slender profile, this heater is truly one that focuses on aesthetics. Thanks to the inventive design, it can be installed high on the wall, or even on the ceiling. Compared to a bulky radiator, or an inefficient portable heater, it’s a no brainer.

However, the headline feature is the way you can get these panels customised. You can get your own photo printed onto these panels for a stunning feature that looks brilliant and heats your room fantastically.

Whether you fancy a wedding photo, family portrait, or a cheeky selfie, there’s potential for a personal look. It’s easy to do, too, with just a few steps needed to obtain your discreet heating appearance.

Ordering Instructions

Ordering your custom image infrared panel heaters is just as easy as any other order. After deciding which panel you would like, you can order it like you would with any other product. Once done, you just have to send the image you would like printed on it, along with your name and order number to images@suryaheating.co.uk.

Or, you could potentially send us multiple images and we can create a collage for your panel. Please be aware though that this may result in extra charges. We cannot create collage proofs until payment for your panel has been processed.

Please be aware that if you're sending images via your phone, your device may ask you if you want to send a compressed image to reduce the amount of data used. Please do not compress the image, as this will compromise the quality. Instead, please ensure that you're sending in the full-resolution image.

Before sending us any images for print, it would be a good idea to check if the image you’re sending is of a high enough quality. You can find out more about this process by following our image quality guide, in order to ensure that your print turns out as good as possible.

We’ll then take your image and create a mock-up of what your panel will look like, and send it back to you. You’ll have to send us approval via email that you’re happy with how it looks, as we cannot start printing otherwise.

The printing process takes up to 7 days. Once it is done, we’ll send it on a next day delivery service. This is a far quicker service than anyone else provides, whilst we still provide a top-quality product.

Warranty Information

Our custom Nexus heating panels come with a brilliant 7-year warranty, to give you peace of mind about your purchase. Any thermostatic components are covered by a 2-year warranty.

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on this product, however, as it will have been customised for you specifically.

Thinking Of Choosing Klarna

To make paying for your heaters easy, we've partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
